It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking pixels, and builds no profile of visitors. Its typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font service, so viewing these pages sends no request to any third party. Like any website, the service hosting these pages keeps standard server logs — IP addresses, timestamps, requested pages — for security and operational purposes; Arbel does not use them for marketing.
Email and calls to the addresses on this site are received directly by Arbel Capital Advisors LLC and are used only to respond and, if an engagement follows, to carry it out. Contact information is never sold, rented, or traded. Correspondence is kept in Arbel’s ordinary business records, and where a matter involves a court appointment or a fiduciary role, for as long as the governing order, engagement letter, trust agreement, or applicable law requires.
